A Non-Refundable Session fee (deposit) of $50.00 is due at the time of scheduling your session. The session  fee will be applied toward your package balance.

This fee is to be paid through PayPal within 24hrs of scheduling your session. However, if deposit is not paid within 24 hrs of scheduling session, the photographer has the right to cancel your session appointment and fill that time slot. 

Photo sessions are generally two hours in length.  In the case of newborns, they can take up to four hours depending on the temperament of the baby during the session and allowing for feeding breaks.

For outside sessions, I do these in the afternoon when the sunlight is best. If your session gets rained out we can always reschedule for a nicer day or take our chances between rain storms.  I make all possible efforts to provide my clients with beautiful images. The aim is to have fun and make kids want to have their photos taken!

Within 2-3 weeks of your shoot, I will contact you via email, to let you know your images are ready.  Images are hosted on my website for 2 week after they are all fully edited.  

When your images are ready, I will send you the password to your private gallery.  Your images will only be live for 2 weeks. Please ensure your selection is made within this 2 week time frame.  If more time is required for you to make your selection, a re-hosting fee of $10 will apply to cover the costs of retaining the gallery and it will be extended for two days.

Once you have made your decision on what images you like, please email the image numbers and sizes to me.

Your order and payment is required 2 week after images go live and can be made by cash, check or through Paypal invoice. The Paypal invoice will be sent to your email with your full balance. This full amount can be paid through that invoice.

Print orders will be processed as soon as payment has been cleared.  Please allow 2 full weeks for these orders to be ready for pick up.  Slightly longer for Canvas or mounted prints.  I will notify you when your collection is ready for pick up at the studio or with prior arrangements your collection can be sent through USPS. Shipping fees will be applied.

Once prints or digital files are received by the client, all monies paid are non-refundable and exchanges are not possible due to the custom nature of photography.

Model Release Form

Clients will be given a model release to sign which allows the photographer to use session images on website galleries and possibly in future printed material connected to A Moments Reflection Photography. Clients have the right to decline their model release.

Copyright

Clients may not scan or reproduce images in bulk for distribution unless they have purchased the appropriate right to do so.
Reprinting and distributing copyrighted images is prohibited. Copyright is retained by A Moments Reflection Photography. Further prints can be reordered at any time within 6 months of the shoot.

Cancellations

As a courtesy, please advise A Moments Reflection Photography if you need to cancel or reschedule as soon as you possibly can. An alternative session time can then be made. The photographer has no desire to penalize clients for circumstances out of their control but would like the opportunity to be able to schedule other clients in that session time. No Shows (no cancellation notification) will require another $50.00 session fee to obtain another appointment.
